Estrug Agencies Ltd manages property in residential and commercial sectors, from individual units to entire buildings in both leasehold and freehold areas.
Required documentation includes copies of title deed, owners national identity card copies, notarised and stamped power of attorney documents (to allow us to act on the landlords’ behalf).
Aside from the full property management services, we are happy to discuss a tailor made service based on the landlords’ requirements. For example, we can include security and garbage services, etc.
The fee for the full property management service is not fixed but negotiable to logical extents agreed by both parties. Ultimately rental commission charges which range from 5% – 10% , depends on the total projected monthly rental collection and any additional Estrug Agencies Ltd services and fees will be advised and agreed upon by both parties.

We address many issues, but the key points include landlords wanting to evict their tenants without sufficient notice; landlords wanting to increase their rent without considering the Rental Tribunal Restriction Act under the Laws of Kenya; and landlords expecting units to be filled immediately after a tenant vacates, without taking into account market dynamics.
